We provide a range of free and absorbing activities for young people in Colne and its surrounding villages to engage in. These activities are delivered by a group of inspiring individuals and appropriate organisations. Together with the help of our Neighbourhood Policing Team, some of these activities are connected with citizenship and avoiding anti-social behaviour, plus the consequences of engaging in that behaviour.
The majority of our activities are simply fun. We engage with the business community, not only for funding, but in order to help these youngsters seize opportunities for their future careers. We work closely with Schools, the LCC Youth Team as well as a wide range of Community and Sporting Groups and wherever possible, or applicable, apply the principles of restorative justice.
